The Food & Drinks proposal of the Hotel Caribe is more than a menu, it is a declaration of love to the territory... with a pinch of chef's flair that is never satisfied.
It starts in the morning with the scent of freshly ground coffee that wakes you up better than any alarm, accompanied by a pastry that makes you want to say "today I'm having breakfast twice". All served with elegance, but without taking itself too seriously, while Lake Garda is the backdrop as if it were there on purpose to enhance the scene.
Then comes the afternoon... and there things get serious. The aperitif becomes a small ritual: signature cocktails, carefully chosen glasses and that magical moment when the sun goes down and you think "ok, I could easily get used to this life". The view? Always a protagonist.
